Return Policy

WARRANTY

All of our products include a 100 day warranty, with the exception of the EQ-300. The EQ-300 comes with a 1-year warranty, if installed by a licensed plumber. If your product is found to be defective or damaged within the warranty period, please contact us using the contact form.

RETURNS

We offer an unconditional, 30-day money-back guarantee (less the cost of shipping and handling). A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the order. Requests must be made by accompanied by either your order number or full billing name. Use the contact form to request RMA. Put "Return" in email subject line.

CANCELING ORDER

An order can be cancelled prior to shipping with no additional fee. If you order has already been shipped, please follow the return policy above.
