HOW TO ORDER

You can order our products online on the website, using a credit card, by calling, or by faxing us your order.

The Checkout process is secured by he highest encryption allowed by law. The SSL certificate is provided by Comodo.

HOW TO TRACK ORDERS

You should receive email confirming that your order was placed, and then another one when it was shipped. On occasion, emails get not delivered because they get blocked as "spam" by different email providers. Just email or call us with your order number, and we will give you tracking information.

Once you have a tracking number, you can go to the Fedex.com or UPS.com respectively to see where your item is now. For orders send by US Postal Service we provide a tracking number, but USPS doesn't track packages in transit.
